Investing over shares

Posted by Bajali

Depending on the nature of the person wanting to invest, there are certain options that are available for investment. One of the options is investing in the shares/stocks of a company. Before investing make sure of certain things to be on safer side. Do not invest more than 20-50% of your savings; invest in those shares that is actually listed in the stock exchange; let the investment be for medium or long term period; do not invest too much money in one particular stock; try to diversify the risk; do not be too greedy; keep a track on the invested company’s financial position; try consulting an expert periodically. It has been seen over a period of time that investing in stock for a long term period has actually shown huge profits. Most of us invest in stock market when they are at peak time and often we blame the markets when loss is incurred. We have to analyze the time for investing and the company in which we have to invest. Investing in a company which has already reached its maturity stage won’t help us earn huge profits. Investing in a company which is in its growing or development phase and which is expected to grow more will earn us money.

Additive's Usefullness

Posted by Bajali

Additives can be safe even though they sound distasteful. Shellac, for example, the resinous secretion of the female Indian "lac" bug, is often referred to in the trade as "confectioner's glaze." It can be used to give a protective, glossy coating to candies, jelly beans, and ice cream cones. Since it is insoluble in water, it can prevent the food product from drying out by forming a moisture impermeable layer. That's the reason citrus fruits and avocados are sometimes treated with shellac. This substance has long been used as a food additive without any problem, and animal tests have shown no adverse reactions.
Substances such as sodium stearyl fumarate, an additive to improve the texture and handling properties of baked goods and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, and emulsifier and flavor enhancer, although harmless, make those of us without a degree in chemistry understandably wary.

So here are some tips for you to make your own facial package without spending too much money but you just have to segregate your time for it! Follow these! And prepare your own Scrub for your face! Crush a few almonds or cereal (like broken wheat). Few drops of ylang ylan oil to be added. Then, mix two table spoons of honey with it. Rub this paste on your face for a few minutes. Do it gently. Then rinse off with cool water.
For Pigmentation: mix milk powder, papaya and 4-5 drops hydrogen peroxide 20 and apply on the face. Rinse off after some 15 mins. Lemon juice can be used instead of hydrogen peroxide since lemon juice can lighten the scars but may take time.
For Deep Cleansing: mix a teaspoon of milk of magnesia with a teaspoon of rose water. Apply on face with damp cotton or fingers. Rinse off after 10-15 mins. Stop following this technique if you see any side effects.

Dash Diet

The most compelling evidence in support of diet as a means of controlling blood pressure comes from two trials sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. Together the studies are known as the DASH diet.
The first study, carried out in 1997, was called "DASH," for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. It found that blood pressure levels could fall significantly with an eating plan low in total fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol, and rich in fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products. The diet was shown to prevent hypertension and in some cases reduce blood pressure as much as an antihypertensive drug. Results were seen within two weeks, and benefits remained eight weeks later regardless of a person's gender, ethnicity, or starting blood pressure,
The DASH diet provides foods that are high in fiber, calcium, magnesium, and potassium, all of which have been associated with lower blood pressure. It is also low in saturated fat. The diet calls for eating 8 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables and 2 to 3 cups of low-fat dairy foods daily. Here are the broad DASH guidelines you can follow in menu planning:
• Grains and grain products: 7 to 8 servings daily
• Fruits and vegetables: 4 to 5 servings of each daily
• Low-fat or nonfat dairy foods: 2 to 3 servings daily
• Meats, poultry, and fish: 2 or fewer 3-oz (85-g) servings (
• Nuts, seeds, or legumes: 4 to 5 servings per week
• Fats: 2 to 3 servings daily; avoid saturated fat
• Sweets'. 5 per week J DASH-sodium trial -rftiml A follow-up trial, held in 2000, examined whether reducing salt could enhance results even more. nj§j| Sodium in table salt and in other foods can raise blood pressure by causing the body to retain water thereby increasing blood volume I and thus blood pressure. Sotfmm ateo causes small blood vessels to constrict. This study showed that the DASH
diet combined with salt reduction was superior to either strategy alone. All the participants benefited from limiting their salt intake.

Better demon

Inflation is basically a rise in prices. Families, businesses and govt groups are all buyers. During inflation people spend money much faster than the goods are being made. It is a situation where too many money chases too few goods. Even if we knew the causes for inflation, we might not be able to avoid it from happening. Sometimes governments, businesses, labor unions and many others are blamed for inflation. It might also come because of a war. In inflation, steady rise in prices cuts back the amount that a dollar will buy. Then people hurry to buy before costs get any higher. Then businessmen think there is growing demand for their products and thus put more money in business to grow it. This creates demand for workers. People get bigger incomes and they spend more money. The people who mainly suffer during inflation are the savers, creditors, people on pensions and those who earn fixed income.
